A website that actually works for your business.
Most local business websites in the San Fernando Valley are outdated, slow on mobile, and invisible on Google. I build websites and landing pages that solve all three — so when someone in Encino, Northridge, or Burbank searches for what you offer, they find you.

Your website should be your best salesperson.
If your site was built five years ago, loads slowly on a phone, or doesn't show up when someone Googles what you do — it's not working for you. In a market like the San Fernando Valley, from Sherman Oaks to Woodland Hills, showing up online is how new customers find you.
- Mobile-first: Most of your customers find you from their phone
- Fast & searchable: Speed and local SEO built in from day one
- You own it: Domain, code, and content stay yours
- Convert-ready: Designed to drive calls, bookings, and orders

Mobile-first, fast, and built to convert.
Not every business needs the same thing. A landing page is a single focused page — ideal to pair with ads or a specific offer. A full website is your permanent online presence — multiple pages, deeper SEO, and room to grow. The process is the same; only the scope and timeline change.

Your hosting & domain (separate)
Your first year of hosting is on me. After that, you can either continue with a maintenance plan (from $150/month) or self-host — the code is yours either way.
Your domain is paid directly by you so you always own it. My fee covers the design, build, and launch of the site.
A phased process,
not a rushed launch.
A great website is a project, not a template you flip on. We move step by step — discovery, design, launch — and then keep it healthy after it's live.
Timelines are typical for landing pages and small websites. Larger sites with more pages or integrations take longer — we agree on the timeline together before starting.

Questions & Answers
What's the difference between a landing page and a website?
A landing page is a single focused page — perfect for a specific offer, campaign, or ad traffic. A full website has multiple pages (home, services, about, contact) and works as your permanent online presence. Landing pages start at $900, full websites from $1,800.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. The site is built to be easy to update — text, images, hours, menus. I'll show you how. If you'd rather not touch it, the maintenance plan covers ongoing updates.
Do I need ads too, or just the website?
A good website is the foundation. Many clients start here and add ads later once the website is live. If you want both from day one, I can run your website and ads together under one strategy.
What if I already have a website?
We'll look at it during the free call. If it can be improved, I'll tell you what's needed. If it needs a rebuild, I'll quote it honestly.
