When a new website makes sense.
You don't need a redesign because a site is old. You need one when the site stops doing its job. These are the four signals I see most often with local businesses in the San Fernando Valley.
- Your website no longer represents your quality: the work has grown, the site hasn't
- Visits without action: people land, look around, and leave without contacting you
- Your services aren't understood fast: what you do takes too long to become clear
- Mobile limits conversions: the phone experience makes the next step harder than it should be
A live client website, start to finish.

Punku Catering
Brand storytelling + catering lead generation
- Challenge
- A distinctive Peruvian catering experience that needed an online presence able to communicate its character and make booking an event straightforward.
- Approach
- Position the brand around its story and the live-fire experience, then structure the page so the offer, the audience, and the booking step are understood in one scroll.
- Solution
- A mobile-first site with a strong visual identity, clear sections for what's offered and who it's for, and a booking action repeated at every decision point.

A clearer experience, built from the same brand story.
The redesign keeps Bouga Cacao's origin and craft at the center while creating a calmer hierarchy, a more intentional product journey, and a visual system that feels as considered as the product itself.

The brand was present, but the path felt fragmented.
Competing navigation, uneven spacing, and mixed visual priorities made the story harder to follow.

A focused system for story, craft, and discovery.
Clear navigation and immersive imagery now guide visitors from the brand story into its collections.
Structure first. Design second. Always.
Luxury Residential Builder
A real website process shown with the client's identifying details removed: from information hierarchy to an interactive prototype and a polished responsive experience.
1. Business goal
What the site must achieve, who it speaks to, and what a good inquiry looks like.
2. Content architecture
Sections, priorities, and the order in which information should be understood.
3. Wireframe
Structure before style: hierarchy, blocks, and where each decision point lives.
4. Visual design
Typography, color, imagery, and detail applied to support the positioning.
5. Responsive experience
The same clarity translated to tablet and mobile, one column, no cropping.

Two different jobs, two different tools.
Website
- Several services to explain
- Ongoing content and pages
- Long-term positioning
- Organic growth over time
Landing page
- A specific campaign
- A single offer or promotion
- One action to take
- Paired with ads traffic
Landing pages pair naturally with Google Ads and Meta Ads, while a full website creates the foundation for long-term organic growth.

A phased process,
not a rushed launch.
A great website is a project, not a template you flip on. We move step by step — and then keep it healthy after it's live.

Questions & Answers
How long does a website take?
A landing page usually takes about 1–2 weeks. A small multi-page website typically takes 3–4 weeks. Larger sites with more pages or integrations take longer — we agree on the timeline together before starting.
Do I need to provide the content?
You provide the raw material — services, photos, hours, anything you already use. I handle the structure and full website copywriting so the site reads clearly and leads somewhere.
What about hosting?
Your first year of hosting is included. After that you can continue with a maintenance plan, choose hosting-only for $30/month, or move the site to another hosting solution.
Is SEO included?
Basic technical and on-page SEO foundations are included, along with Google Analytics, Search Console, and initial Google Business Profile setup or optimization. Ongoing Local SEO is a separate service.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, optional. Maintenance can start at launch and begins at $150/month, including hosting and up to 4 point changes per month. A $250/month plan includes up to 8 changes.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and paid directly by you, and the site and its content stay yours.
Website or landing page?
A website fits when you have several services, ongoing content, and want to build organic positioning. A landing page fits when you need one focused page for a campaign, an offer, or a single action.
